If we are delivering Animal Crossing items to your island, please provide your phone number in the “Note to Seller” at checkout. We are currently struggling with a high number of orders, and contacting you via text message will help you get your items as quickly as possible. We can certainly communicate over email if you prefer, but know you will not get your items as quickly.
If we are trading to your 3DS, please add my Friend Code to your 3DS before we trade and provide yours to me in the “Note to Seller” at checkout. I will send the purchased Pokémon to you over trade on the Festival Plaza. These Pokémon can be traded to Pokémon X/Y, Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby, Sun/Moon and Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon.
If we are trading Pokémon to your Switch, please provide your in-game trainer name in the “Note to Seller” at checkout.

How do I know I’ll actually get these Pokémon / Animal Crossing Items?

Are all the Pokémon Legal?
Yes! All of the Pokémon on the site are legal for Pokébank, trading and battling online.
Do you have other Pokémon that are not listed on your site?
Yes, you can request any Pokémon including shiny Pokémon with any nature. Purchase the “Any 3 Pokémon” listing when requesting any custom Pokémon.
Do I get all of the Pokémon or Animal Crossing items mentioned in the listing?
You receive ALL of the Pokémon or Animal Crossing items mentioned in the listing. For example, if the listing is Volcanion/Diancie/Hoopa, you will receive all three of these Pokémon.
I purchased Bells, but you delivered Gold Nuggets! What is going on?
Sell your Gold Nuggets to Timmy & Tommy at Nook’s Cranny for your Bells! A stack of 30 gold nuggets sells for 300,000 bells and only takes up one inventory slot. The largest stack of bells you can carry in one inventory slot is 99,000 bells, so it is more efficient to deliver in gold nuggets. This way, I can deliver up to 12 million bells in only one trip to your island!
I purchased an item but I have not heard from you! What is going on?
Rest assured we have your order and we WILL deliver. As of April 23, we are experiencing extreme demand for our Animal Crossing items and we are having difficulties delivering them same-day or even next-day. On average, you will receive your order within three days. We thank you for your patience.
To get your items as quickly as possible, text or WhatsApp me at +1 732 589 0567 with your order number. This will get you into the delivery queue as quickly as possible.
How do I know your site checkout is secure?
The site uses the credit card processor Stripe which is a secure and reliable processor. You can also choose to pay directly with Paypal.
